My first cut with Chris was amazingā€¦ such attention to every detail. The best cut I had in years and worth every penny. Chris was running behind sched...ule for my second cut and used my time to catch back upā€¦ less than 15 mins from start to finish and the cut was seriously lacking for the cost. The third and fourth were just okay, one of them he cancelled last minute and left it up to me to reschedule. This one he also cancelled less than 10 minutes beforehand saying he ā€œjust checked my booksā€ and wasnā€™t near the shop. The consistency in both the cut and the scheduling just isnā€™t there for me to be a repeat customer, especially when I can get the same cut a couple blocks away for half the price. Show more

Moved here several months ago and Chris is by far the best haircut Iā€™ve had here. I had the same barber for five years prior and tried 3-4 ppl before ...finding this rockstar. He knows what he is doing. He takes his time, is very detailed, listens, and is consistent. Highly recommend! Show more

Terrible experience! You should take Chris off Booksy! I booked and received confirmation of appointment. I booked many days in advance. Drove 30 m...inutes to his space for 9:30AM appt. He never showed up. I called several times and left messages and he never responded! I waited 40 minutes and finally left! Very disappointed! Heā€™s totally unprofessional! Show more

I was so excited to have someone listen to what I wanted to do with my look and help me achieve that. My confirmation text, from him, came at 1:25 am ...the day of my appointment, stating it was 40 minutes after the agreed upon time. I am not accustomed to having people wake me up for a confirmation text! I texted back later in the morning but heard nothing.... ever, in response to my question about the appointment. Even as I write this I have not heard from him. I ended up telling him to cancel the appointment, but still heard nothing. This was a gift from my wife and a moment where I was going to get some of my identity back after a 6-7 year health struggle with Cancer and complications from that. Absolutely unacceptable that this business allows their customers to be treated like this. I ended up going to, what I assume is an inferior barber, and had a fairly uncomfortable experience, but they at least communicated with me. Most importantly I got my haircut and it was drastically cheaper. I would have preferred to have the overall experience but clearly Chris didn't give a damn about that or a potential new client.
